付费服务的价格、支付方式、交付节点与退款规则，以具体订单、合同或页面公示为准。未约定退款的，除法律法规另有强制要求外，已提供服务部分费用不予退还。

Pricing, payment methods, delivery milestones, and refund rules for paid services are set out in the applicable order, contract, or published page. Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.

7. 第三方平台与工具 / Third-Party Platforms and Tools

我们的服务可能涉及或依赖 Facebook、Instagram、WhatsApp、TikTok、Google 等第三方平台或工具。您理解：第三方平台的规则、可用性与政策变更不由我们控制；因第三方原因导致的服务中断、账号限制或功能变化，我们在法律允许范围内不承担责任，但会尽力协助沟通与应对。

Our services may involve or rely on third-party platforms/tools such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, and Google. You understand that third-party rules, availability, and policy changes are outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions, account restrictions, or feature changes caused by third parties, though we will reasonably assist where possible.
